A former Las Vegas showgirl who built her first company with zero formal business training, Kristen has grown into a serial entrepreneur known for turning limited resources into real growth. She is the co-founder of Tacotarian, an award-winning plant-based Mexican restaurant brand with multiple locations in Las Vegas and San Diego, and the co-creator of Tacotarian at Home, a retail line of shelf-stable taco fillings that brings restaurant-quality flavor to kitchens nationwide.
