Senior Director of Culinary Innovation

A career in R&D brought Farley out of her ten-year career as a Chef Instructor and Department Chair at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, and into Buffalo Wild Wings as their Corporate Chef. She then made the move to the East Coast to join the food forward team at Wawa where she introduced many LTO campaigns and helped maintain their reputation for cutting edge menu offers. Farley is now Senior Director of Culinary of Innovation at McLane Fresh, leading the team to develop and launch brand focused on providing solutions in retail foodservice in the c-store space.
