Meet Greg


Since moving to Chicago in 2012, Greg has worked in various food and beverage leadership roles with Grand Sheraton Chicago, W Hotels Worldwide, and the Commons Club for Virgin Hotels. After that he became the Beverage Director for The Bassment, voted Chicago's Best Nightlife Venue. Recently Greg has taken on the new role of Corporate Beverage Director of Parker Restaurant Group as they look to expand from four venues and three concepts to twenty venues and three concepts.
