Senior Food Service Designer

As the Senior Food Service Designer of ARAMARK’S Concept Design Team, Jim has been in the Food Service Industry for over 25+ years and is responsible for all ARAMARK brand standards and innovation: which include design concepts, equipment specifications, labor, environment and operations. Jim has extensive and diverse food service experience comprised of design and construction of local restaurants, Food Halls, Stadiums, B&I, College, Health Care and National/Local Chain restaurants. Jim takes pride in innovation of design when it pertains to food service and is an advocate for developing new solutions in kitchen operations to optimize labor. Key concept team projects include the development of core ARAMARK brands including Autonomous Store, Ghost Kitchens, Innovative Food Service Design Concepts and enhancing the overall customer and employee experience.
