Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Sipsmith Gin
  • 0.5 oz Kikusui Junmai Ginjo Sake
  • 1.0 oz Za'atar Syrup
  • 1.0 oz Sugar Snap Pea Juice
  • 1.0 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 Dash Bittercube Trinity Bitters

Directions:

  • Shake
  • Large Coupe
  • Garnished with a split pea pod and pea tendrils on a bamboo pick
