- 0.5 oz Kikusui Junmai Ginjo Sake
- 1.0 oz Za'atar Syrup
- 1.0 oz Sugar Snap Pea Juice
- 1.0 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 Dash Bittercube Trinity Bitters
Directions:

- Garnished with a split pea pod and pea tendrils on a bamboo pick
