Since joining Wendy’s in January 2021, Becky Davis has redefined the brand’s approach to global menu innovation. As Vice President of Global Culinary Innovation, she leads the development and commercialization of new menu items across domestic and international markets, driving forward Wendy’s “Fast Food Done Right” vision. Her work ensures guests enjoy real, cravable food that’s both affordable and memorable.

Becky’s mission is to deliver an unmatched culinary experience—one that keeps the customer at the center while introducing bold, forward-thinking flavors that remain approachable. Her leadership blends creativity with strategy, helping Wendy’s stay ahead of evolving consumer tastes and global food trends.

With over 15 years in the food industry, Becky brings a diverse background spanning fine dining, casual dining, and quick-service restaurants. She has held key roles at Brinker International, Raising Cane’s, and Little Caesars, gaining valuable experience both domestically and internationally.

Becky holds an MBA from Texas Woman’s University and a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management from The International Culinary School at the Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago. She lives in a suburb of Columbus with her husband, Gavin, their son, Colin, and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Hans.
