Christine Guyott brings over 30 years of unparalleled experience to her role as an Executive Principal and Partner at Rippe Associates, a leading Minnesota-based foodservice design and consulting firm. Her tenure in the industry is marked by a profound commitment to excellence, particularly in the field of healthcare foodservice design. Leading Rippe’s specialized healthcare design studio, Christine has been instrumental in developing foodservice solutions for a wide range of healthcare facilities, from expansive academic medical centers to essential critical access hospitals.

Christine is an active participant and leader in prominent industry organizations, holding positions such as the chair of the FCSI Board of Trustees, FCSI Worldwide and a former AHF IAB Chair and board member. Her contributions to the foodservice industry have been widely recognized, earning her prestigious awards such as the FE&S and FER Consultant Awards, and the AHF Making a Difference Award. These accolades speak volumes about her impact on the field, underscoring her expertise, innovation, and leadership in foodservice design and consulting. She is also a dedicated mentor through the FCSI Education Foundation’s FEED program, where she supports the next generation of consultants. Christine has two sons, Max and Mostyn, and is enjoying watching them grow into adulthood. She lives in Saint Paul with her bulldog Roxie and enjoys time by the river or lake, reading a book, or sharing a fire with friends.
