As the Senior Director of Research and Development, he has led the culinary teams at renowned brands such as Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, and Carrabba’s Italian Grill.
Jay studied culinary arts at the Art Institute of Seattle and brings a creative yet strategic approach to menu development and brand innovation. His leadership has helped shape some of the most recognizable and successful offerings in casual dining.
Beyond the kitchen, Jay is an avid outdoorsman and creative spirit, with interests spanning fishing, hiking, fitness, skiing, photography, and playing guitar and banjo.
