Profile

Paul Pszybylski is the Executive Chef and Vice President of Culinary Innovation at California Pizza Kitchen. He focuses on new menu development in the United States and supports CPK’s franchise partners worldwide. He also works closely with Nestlé’s development team creating new California Pizza Kitchen Oven Ready Pizzas. Paul has worked as a Senior Research Chef for Kraft Foods creating new retail products throughout their vast portfolio. He is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts where he studied pastry and savory foods. In 2006, Paul was selected as a United Nations Ambassador and spent time in Vietnam teaching western culinary skills in a nonprofit school north of Hanoi. Throughout his career, Paul has worked in multiple fine dining restaurants across the country including the French Quarter in New Orleans, Chicago, and now California.
