Ana Maria Rodriguez

Chief Food Innovation & Quality Officer

Ana Maria Rodriguez first joined Yum! more than 25 years ago, having worked across three of the Yum! family of brands (KFC, PH and Taco Bell) in a number of Food Innovation and Quality roles. She is currently the  Chief Food Innovation and Quality Officer for Pizza Hut.  In her office, she displays more than 100 awards acquired during her career of working in YUM in recognition to her contributions.  She leads a team of “foodies” across the world that share the same passion for food, pizzas and high standards, who are creative innovators, always looking for the best ingredients, best combinations to delight customers and the latest technologies in the industry.  At any given year, her team collectively launches between 50-80 different new product news across the world. Ana holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from Universidad de Costa Rica and a Master’s degree in Food Engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Valencia in Spain.   She is a member of the Hispanic Star supporting Latins in their journey to find their voices and passion.
