Devin’s Winning Drink – Rule of Three

Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1oz Mahon Gin
• 1oz Palo Cortado Sherry
• 1oz Blanc Vermouth
• 2 drops of Pink Peppercorn Tincture
• 1 peel of Grapefruit
   
• Garnish
  • Tripped grapefruit peel

Directions:

• Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass including the grapefruit peel
• Fill mixing glass with Kold draft Ice
• Stir cocktail until very cold, around 30 turns
• Slowly strain cocktail into a Nick & Nora avoiding making bubbles
• Express a grapefruit peel and garnish it
