Marion is the Director of Culinary Development for Aramark, at the helm of the world headquarters Innovation Kitchen. Chef Marion has 30 plus years of experience in fine dining, catering & events, as well as development and programming for casual dining, students, patients, corporate restaurants & food halls around the world. She is a champion of promoting inclusive, diverse, and equitable culinary teams that help change how Chefs are represented in the industry. Marion especially enjoys any opportunity to meet farmers, artisans, makers & producers of innovative products and solutions.
