Meet Maxx


Maxx Kleiner was born and raised in the Chicago restaurant business. At the age of 16 years old, he started as a busboy at Carnivale and has worked up to his current position of Manager of Mixology and is a Level 1 Sommelier. Self-taught from his frequent world travels and at home bar setup, Maxx has revolutionized the Carnivale bar program with young, fresh and imaginative ideas.
