Cocktail Recipe


  • 1.5oz Teeling Single malt Irish Whiskey 
  • .75oz Lustre Deluxe Cream  Capataz Andres sweet sherry
  • .5oz cointreau 
  • .25oz Turbinado syrup
  • 2 dashes of Reagans Orange Bitters
  • Garnish
    • Lemon zest


  • Place whiskey, sherry, cointreau, syrup and bitters into stirring glass over ice stir gently for ten cycles until you have a shinny rim
  • Strain with Hawthorne strainer into ridel Whiskey glass over 1 large format ice cube
  • Express a lemon swath directly above the drink and enjoy
