Share your latest news with attending media and industry press by submitting your press release for inclusion on the Show’s official Exhibitor Press Releases page.

- Why Submit: Your release will be featured on the Show’s website and shared with attending media, influencers, and industry press.
- Limit: One press release submission per exhibitor.
- Deadline: Friday, May 9
Prepare Your Press Kit
Support your media visibility by preparing a press kit for the Show’s Press Room that makes it easy for journalists to access key information about your company and products.
- Preferred Format: Digital press kit accessible via QR code
- Recommended Materials: Company background, fact sheets, press releases, product information, high-resolution images, website links, and a media contact. Visit the Marketing Resource Center for the new Show logo, PR templates, etc.
- Note: We ask that you refrain from using USB drives, as they cannot be accommodated.
- Display Area: Each exhibitor is allotted space approximately the size of a standard folder (8.5” x 11”). A small, upright sign is encouraged to help your materials stand out on the shelving.
- Press Room Details: Display your press materials in the press room.
- Location: Room S101b, South Hall (near registration)
- Drop-Off Hours:
- Friday, May 16: 12:00 pm – 4 p.m.
- Saturday, May 17: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Sunday, May 18 and Monday, May 19: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Pick-Up Deadline: Please collect any remaining materials by 3:00 p.m. on May 20
