Director of Culinary Innovation

Becky joined Wendy's in January 2021 as the Director of Culinary Innovation. In her time at Wendy's, Becky has been able to focus on her passion for delicious, cravable food that doesn't cost a fortune. One of her biggest goals at Wendy's is to deliver an unmatched culinary experience that keeps the customer in mind while providing forward-learning yet approachable food. Becky's core responsibilities include the Made to Crave platform, Breakfast, Sides and Snacking, Beverages, and Salads. In addition to the innovation menu, Becky is also responsible for Wendy's Non-Traditional outlets, including REEF Vessels and Frosty Cart.  With over 15 years in the food industry, Becky has vast experience in fine dining, casual dining, and QSR, working domestically and internationally for brands such as Brinker International, Raising Cane's, Boston Market, and Little Caesars. Becky holds an MBA with an understudy in Food Science from Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas, and a bachelor's degree in Culinary Management from The International Culinary School at the Illinois Institute of Art Chicago.
