Cammie joined Cracker Barrel Old Country Store in 2017 as Vice President of Culinary and Menu Strategy after leadership experience with Applebee’s and Bloomin’ Brands Inc. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., Cammie was also Director of Product Development for Chili’s Grill & Bar and owned two restaurants.
