Becky Davis joined Wendy’s in 2021 and works closely with teams across the company to support global menu innovation. In her role as Vice President of Global Culinary Innovation, she contributes to the development and commercialization of new menu items for domestic and international markets, helping bring Wendy’s Squarely Better brand essence to life through food. Her approach is grounded in collaboration. Becky values the perspectives of franchisees, operators, and cross functional partners who help translate consumer feedback into food that feels honest, craveable, and unmistakably Wendy’s. With more than 15 years in the food industry, Becky has learned from a wide range of experiences in fine dining, casual dining, and quick service restaurants, including roles at Brinker International, Raising Cane’s, and Little Caesars.
Becky leads with a consumer first mindset, believing that meaningful innovation comes from listening closely to guests and developing alongside them. She keeps consumer insights at the center of every stage of the process—early exploration, testing, refinement, and final execution— ensuring new products reflect what Wendy’s consumers genuinely want and how their tastes continue to evolve.

She holds an MBA from Texas Woman’s University and a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management from The International Culinary School at the Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago. Becky lives in the Columbus area with her husband, Gavin, their son, Colin, and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Hans.
