Ben Fileccia is Senior Vice President of Strategy and Engagement for the Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association, where he works closely with restaurant and lodging operators on the workforce, economic, and public policy issues shaping the hospitality industry.

With more than 30 years in hospitality, including nearly two decades as a Philadelphia restaurant operator, Ben brings a firsthand understanding of the challenges employers face in recruiting, retaining, and developing a strong workforce. In his role at PRLA, he helps translate the day-to-day realities of running hospitality businesses into effective advocacy, industry strategy, and conversations with policymakers, the media, and the public.

Ben also serves on Philadelphia’s Nighttime Economy Advisory Council, as well the Opportunities Industrialization Center Board of Directors, and is deeply engaged in workforce policy, labor trends, and the evolving relationship between hospitality employers and employees.
