Kelsey Erickson Streufert is a licensed attorney and Texas Capitol veteran serving as chief public affairs officer for the Texas Restaurant Association. In this role, Kelsey represents Texas’ largest private sector employer in government and the media.

Beginning her TRA career during COVID-19, Kelsey helped secure critical lifelines including alcohol to-go, the PPP Flexibility Act, and recovery grants. Since then, she has led the TRA through several successful legislative sessions, passing over 20 priority bills and blocking every bill the association opposed.

A double Longhorn, when Kelsey isn’t working, she’s usually enjoying time outdoors with her family and three dogs.
