As an Executive Principal, Phillip is heavily involved in strategic planning, training and mentorship for the Ricca team. He remains heavily involved in project work on a regular basis, working with planning, concept and schematic design, and oversees the design process through construction. He creates and drives the project vision, adheres to programming, and provides strategic planning. As both an executive chef and designer, he is instrumental in guiding the culinary design team to remain focused on design intent and project goals throughout the project.
