With more than 25 years of experience at the Walt Disney Company, Alfred Spear has led the design and construction of more than 120 notable food and beverage projects, including the popular Be Our Guest Restaurant and dining locations at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Disney Springs, and Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. As part of Concept Development, Alfred and his team develop designs, determine space requirements, and ensure compliance with kitchen and equipment standards. He researches and evaluates state-of-the-art equipment that optimize the culinary experience and make the kitchens at Walt Disney World Resort some of the most innovative in the industry.
