• A minimum of 50% of products showcased must meet pavilion qualifications.

This pavilion features products and vendors leading the charge in the growing organic and natural food industry.

• Ideal for Food and Beverage producers and manufacturers of organic and/or natural products. 
• A minimum of 50% of products showcased must meet pavilion qualifications. 
• Location: South Hall

Emerging Brands Pavilion

This new company pavilion gives buyers a sneak peek at new food and beverage items, new equipment and supplies, new technology, and much more!

• Ideal for new companies with new food and beverage items, new equipment and supplies, new technology, etc. 
• Must be a first-time exhibitor at the Show 
• Company requirements to be in Emerging Brands Pavilion: 
• Must be in operation for no more than three (3) years from May 2022. 
• Must have at least one paying customer. 
• Location: North Hall
