SELECTION PROCESS & POLICIES
The National Restaurant Association Show encourages speakers to provide handouts to attendees or additional information useful during the session and post-Show. However, there is a strict non-commercial policy in place for speakers participating in the program.
Literature cannot be placed on the seats of the session. Material can be provided to attendees as they file out of the room at the end of the session. Speakers are responsible for bringing their own materials.
No banners/posters/signage may be affixed to the walls at McCormick Place. Distribution may not take place outside of the assigned area or during the published session time. Sales are not allowed in the session space.
The Show Programming Team will review proposals and notify submitters of the proposal status by November 11, 2019.
If you are selected as a speaker, the Restaurant Show is proud to provide you with significant exposure via pre-Show marketing, social media, and other web-based information, at-Show materials, and various press opportunities related to the post-Show cycle.
In addition to brand and name recognition for your efforts, selected speakers will each receive (1) complimentary badge good for admission to the 2020 National Restaurant Association Show.
Unfortunately, honorariums, financial compensation, and/or travel expenses cannot be subsidized by the National Restaurant Association Show.
