A 50% deposit is required to hold your exhibit space. This payment is due within 48 hours of booking and the final remaining fee is due by February 2, 2026. Cost per corner is $325.

The Show To Go is the official online platform and mobile app that houses your company profile and products, the official exhibitor directory, floorplan, education line-up, planner, and more.

Why is The Show To Go important? Operators are able to search products, connect with exhibitors and find the solutions they need all through our 365 digital marketplace. As an exhibitor you’ll gain exposure to thousands of foodservice industry professionals year-round. Access to the platform is free for operators, even those who are unable to attend the Show.
