Meet Bret

Bret Thorn

Thorn has worked for Nation’s Restaurant News since 1999, reporting on food & beverage trends in restaurants. He is Senior Editor at Restaurant Hospitality, where he joined in 2016. In addition to graduating magna cum laude from Tufts University, he has studied traditional French cooking at Le Cordon Bleu Ecole de Cuisine in Paris.
