Jennifer’s Winning Drink – Panorama

Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1.5oz Elijah Craig Bourbon
• 1oz Vanilla Earl Grey Syrup
• .75oz Grapefruit Juice
• .5oz Lemon Juice
• Pinch of Salt
• Egg White
• Coupe glass
   
• Prep
  • Dry shake, shake, single strain, up
     
• Garnish
  • Earl Grey and Dried Rose

Directions:

• Add all ingredients into your cheater tin and dry shake for 10-20 seconds
• Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe glass (I prefer the Libbey Perfect Coupe glass)
• Garnish with loose Earl Grey tea leaves and a dried rose
   
• To make the syrup:
  • Combine 8oz of sugar with 8oz of water, add 1tsp of loose-leaf Harney and Son's earl grey tea, .5tsp Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
  • Heat, stirring until sugar is fully dissolved
  • Let steep for 30 minutes
  • Strain tea
  • Refrigerate and store
