Li joined Wendy’s in 2019. He has a B.S. in Food Science from Cornell University, A.A.S. in Culinary Arts from Kendall College and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. Prior to his role at Wendy’s, Li was SVP of R&D at Bloomin’ Brands.
