Eisenbarth has enjoyed a successful 45-year career with Cini-Little, holding a wide range of senior positions throughout his tenure. Having stepped back from day-to-day leadership, Dick continues his mentorship to Cini-Little and involvement with the foodservice industry at large. He continues to keep abreast of equipment industry trends through service to a variety of programs. Dick has served as a judge to the annual Kitchen Innovations Awards program for the past 8 years.
