Operator Attendee:
An individual who works for, manages, or owns a restaurant, non-commercial foodservice operation, or lodging establishment and is responsible for workforce planning, scheduling, or labor cost management in foodservice operations.
Retailer Attendee:
An individual who works for, manages, or owns a convenience store, specialty grocery, supermarket, or wholesaler/club store and is responsible for workforce planning, scheduling, or labor cost management in foodservice operations.

Do I have to be a member of the National Restaurant Association to attend?
No, but you must be affiliated with the restaurant/foodservice, lodging or retail industry. Please enter your title/company and business email during registration so we can verify you are qualified to attend this event.

What should I do if a housing provider contacts me about booking my 2027 Restaurant Show hotel?
Please be vigilant if approached by any company representing itself as the housing provider for the Road to the 2027 Restaurant Show. These companies will offer to make hotel reservations within the room block on your behalf or misrepresent themselves as agents of the hotel. Please note that the Road to the 2027 Restaurant Show does not rent, share, or sell your contact information to any third parties. If a company reaches out to you about a hotel room, please let us know as soon as possible.
Road to the 2027 Restaurant Show is not utilizing the services of any housing agent or third party, and the host hotel will never reach out to attendees to solicit booking rooms.
